Processor: AMD E-350 preocessor 1.60 GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 2.00 GB 1.49 GB usable)
System Type: 64Bit Operating System
Should I Get This For Minecraft to run well on Far Render Distance/Fancy graphics and smooth lighting?

This isn't quite good enough for Far/fancy/smooth.
And there is no need for a 64bit OS if all you have is 2Gb of RAM.

Ah. Thanks For The Info Mate. do you have any good recommendations that are under 350$?
Same
Well if you want it for all those fancy stuff, your probably going to want a computer with at least 6 GB of ram, if not more. Definitely want it to be 64Bit Operating system.
Do you have any other parts? Like the case, psu, hard drive etc?
Which OS?
If you could provide some more info, I would be more than happy to help you pick the appropriate parts. I've built 2 budget builds within the last year($700 and $400).
