Pre-modded minecraft.jar?

I have tried modding my minecraft.jar tons of times without sucess..
I have a Mac OS X 10.6.3 Snow lepoard if that helps.
I would really like world-edit or single-player commands (since that has world-edit too). I've tried modding so many times. I follow lots of different instructions tons of times, watched videos, and tried just about everything but a pre-modded minecraft.jar.
If somebody could give me a link or something for a Pre-Modded minecraft.jar (with only World-Edit) for Mac 10.6.3, That would be so awesome. I really need
world-edit for a build I'm gonna do, so if you know how to mod (I know some of you do) and could make the modded minecraft.jar, that would be great! Thanks if you help!
