Ok so this one staff member on my server has no prefix or color. We have essentials and PEX downloaded. I have went through both config files and nothing seems to be wrong there. Went through the essentials user yml file and nothing was wrong there. This is the only person having this problem. Any suggestions?

Open the Permissions.yml file that's with PermissionsEx, click Control+A, Control+C then go to the link above and paste it in the text box. Then submit and paste the link in a reply to this. Do the same with config.yml in Essentials. Also state what group the staff member is in and what his username is.
