Prison Server Help

I have been having this problem since I first started my prison server. The problem I am having is that when I used Paidranks and I got it all set up. Everything with paid ranks works great. I am using PermissionsEx as a permissions plugin. The problem is that when I rank up it only ranks me up in one world. I have three worlds and I want the ranks to transfer to all worlds. But then I inherited the PlotMe world and make the Prison world its parent. But then I cant rank up in the PlotMe world because it wont transfer to the Prison world. I would happily transfer to another permissions plugin if this works on any other plugin.

I tried to make Prison parent of plotme world and plotme world parent of Prison but it dosent work.

If anyone has a fix to this I will gladly reward you or even pay you.
