Prison Server Help

Hello There!
I'm wondering if someone could just help me setup the rank prices and how much each block for each rank/mine should be sold for on my OP Prison. I just need a list, I can handle the configs and all! I really need someones help as I cant decide appropriate numbers myself and not the most experienced Prison server player so I'd like so advice/opinions.
