Prison Server Help & Feedback

Me and My friend are attempting to make a prison server, we want to know what the people want though, so, what do you want in a prison server?
Here is an idea or some things we'd like feedback on:
What do you want in donator block?
What should we have in the courtyard
Donating for in game money?
And we'd love to hear any other ideas for prison servers, what you like and don't like.
Anyone who suggest idea(s) will get automatically promoted to B rank on my server, instead of starting at C. Just put your IGN after your ideas.

Also, It's a bit hard just two of us making a prison, so we would love a helping hand if anyone is interested!
