[Urgent] Prison server permissions problem

1. Select themine with WorldEdit (top to bottom0
2. Do /rg define mine
3. Select the whole area/building and do step 2 then /rg define wholemine
4. Do /rg priority wholemine 1
5. Do /rg priority mine 2
6. Do /rg flag wholemine build deny
7. Do /rg flag wholemine pvp deny
8. Do /rg flag mine build allow

Then U SHould be done!

URGENT

I am currently setting up a minecraft prison server, and I put lots of time on the builds and decoration, but doubt all the effort, I'm really bad at setting permissions. The problem is that players could not break blocks in their mines (which makes the server useless). Please help. If you could help us solve the problem, we can offer you a premium rank if you want.

We are currently using worldguard and groupmanager.

Need to ask a quick question to better understand the issue.

What is the exact error you/users get when trying to mine?

Without knowing that it could be a few issues. I would first suggest looking at group manager and ensure that all groups have not been denied the ability to break/place blocks regardless of world-guard.

If it is just those two plugins you are using the only other issue could be world-guard. To see if this is the issue, go into a mine you are having issues in and type /rg info near the bottom, see if the region has building/breaking permitted. If not add the flags into the region.

You could also use a piece of string and right click around the mine to check if any regions are overlapping.
