[world] comes from multiverse. You will find it in the multiverse config:
prefixchat: 'true'
prefixchatformat: '[%world%]%chat%'
Set prefix:chat to false
[g] could be from a lot of things. It means "global" and a lot of different plugins could be adding it. I cant help with that one without a list of your plugins.

What chat formatting plugin are you using? Whichever one it is, the configuration file will have a syntax where you can remove that.
