Problem with Minecraft Freezing!

Every time I try to enter a Minecraft world save my Minecraft starts loading,goes back to the title screen(it normally loaded) and then back to loading an in an instant back to title screen and freezes!

P.S.HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two Optifine and Sonic Ethers Shader Mod.It worked before with these mods.
