My Problem is that sometimes when i write with color codes in functions (§) it results in sth like this with these uggly ?:

I am using FileZilla to upload the functions files, the command i use ist /give diamond 1 0 {display:{Name:"§6test"}}

This usually occurs when the function file is not encoded properly. It should be encoded as UTF-8 (not as UTF-8 BOM, or as ANSI). If you don't know how to change this, just comment with the text editor you are using.
Ok, thanks, i found out how to change the encoding Thanks a lot, will help to improve my server a lot
Have you looked at the Minecraft Wiki? It might have some information on the colour codes.
