Problems

So.. I have some problems I would like some help with..
My plugin list:

KitPvP, SkinsRestorer, EssentialsHubPlus, VoxelSniper, GTADeath, AntiAutoSoup, Commandspy, CoreProtect, WorldEdit, Timber, SkinsModule, Essentials, ClearLag, CrackShot, Chairs, WorldBorder, PvPSoup, EssentialsChat, DestroyBedrock, PermissionsEx, MOTDColor, Vault, AbilityTrader, MassiveCore, WorldGuard, ASkyBlock, ChestCommands, EssentialsProtect, EssentialsGeoIP, EssentialsAntiBuild, RandomTeleport, EssentialsSpawn, CrackShotShop, Jobs, Multiverse-Core, EchoPet, Backpack, BuyRegion, Multiverse-Portals, AuthMe, HolographicDisplays, HomeSpawnPlus, Factions, Multiverse-Inventories, MultiWorldMoney, CreativeControl, Prison, Autorank, ScoreboardStats, SilkSpawners.

I have two problems:

1: My chat format is weird, the Essentials config.yml file is well..
This is what my chat format looks like right now:



This is what it's supposed to look like:
(I copied it from my Essentials confinguration file)

'{GROUP} {DISPLAYNAME}&a➬&r {MESSAGE}'

2: I can't see any leaving messages when someone leaves...
Here's a part of my config.yml file, again:

custom-join-message: "&7[&8&l+&7] &2&l{USERNAME}"

Weird, right?
I would like all the help I can get..
I'd be really thankful if any of you could help me.
