Hello, I have been trying to download the Java Client so I can download and run things such as Optfine and mods but every time I attempt to it gives me an error. When I download the client it shows no errors but whenever I download and attempt to run anything that requires Java Client it either doesn't run/open and says something like Check that you have the apps correct. I dont know what Im doing wrong and how I could fix this

This is the error that pops up whenever I try to open Optifine. When I open it before hand it shows up with a screen that says "Allow this App to make changes to you Device?" and it shows Java so I click yes allow and then that error shows up

thats a file on your local computer. thats not a file we can see.
What do you mean by "Java Client"? Do you mean Forge or OptiFine?

By Java Client I mean like Jave Run Time SE or whatever its called. It's required to run things like Optifine on minecraft Java edition as minecraft uses the Java coding language.
ok, but that wont run mods.
minecraft already has java runtime built in.
for optifine and mods, download Forge from https://files.minecraftforge.net
otherwise, look at a tutorial on installing optifine
