Problems with POM and PBR

Hello.
I am very new in Java, I only know the basics, such as how to put resource packs, shaders and some mods. My problem is with POM and PBR. I dont know why, but I cant see the POM or PBR effects. I use Sildurs Vibrant and Bsl shaders mostly. And when I download textures with POM and PBR it doesnt work. Before, I can activate them, but since two months ago, it stopped workin. The last time I did was trying to activate them with continuum shaders + Chroma Hills, it did not worked, but, since there I had never can activate POM or PBR. I hope you can help. i am sorry if my english level is bad, but I do what I can.
