Problems with Server

anybody got any plugins that make worlds or how to fix multiverse

ok i need one more fix i fixed my server but i need a plugin that creates more worlds cause multiverse-Core isnt working for my server

Aye, this is rather Simple. First of all, PermissionsEx ( http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/permissionsex ) comes with two plugins, modifyworld and chatmanager. The whole entire point behind permissions is to replace the need for OP, therefore you have to set up the plugin before you actually use it. When you first start your server with Pex, it should generate a file like so:
groups:
default:
permissions:
- modifyworld.*

This states that there is a group named "default", which has access to all the modifyworld permissions. Modifyworld is an extremely powerful permissions re-stricter, that allows you to control minute things such as ability to chat, attack mobs, attack players, take damage, break blocks, and even have their pets harmed. If you wish to have the default permissions for a person, then you give them the modifyworld.* perm. Furthermore, I suggest creating an "owner" group until you have figured out some other points of the plugin, like so:

permissions:
- essentials.msg
- modiftyworld.*
- essentials.msg
- essentials.list
- essentials.tpaccept
- essentials.help
- essentials.time
- essentials.compass
- essentials.depth
- essentials.ignore
- essentials.tpdeny
- essentials.suicide

prefix: '&5'
suffix: '&f'
I also added some other permissions for the default group, so people will not complain. Furthermore, read this about the two additional plugins:

You enable the plugins Modifyworld and ChatManager after installing them. If you open the files "config.yml" in their respective folders, they'll each have the line:
enable: false
Which you must change to true.


For colours/text, you define it within prefixes and suffixes:
prefix: '&4[Prefix] &f'
suffix: '&9'
Would look like:
<[Prefix] Playername> Random Text Blarb

You edit the prefixes and suffixes within the permissions.yml in the Pex folder.

i was told just to delete permissions and restart server

That happend to me need to delete essentials well a certain essentials i had same problem

Is your permissions plugin called " PermissionEx " ?

im just going to make a new server unless any of u can help might it be cause my server is outdated
