First of thank you for taking your time and reading this in advance. We are trying to get it to when a player registers on the site they get promoted in game. I cant seem to figure out how to do it. If you know how or if you can help me please do! We use enjin as the site host and server is hosted by mcpro. I'm not to sure if I have to do it through the tags on the site or what but thank you if you can help but if you don't understand question I will try to elaborate it.

Thanks! I found it out about a minute after i posted this but thanks for the reply and it good to know that I did it right!
Goto Admin>Users and Create a tag. 
Then after you have created the tag goto Admin>Automations.
