PVP Randomly disabled in Bukkit server?

I've worked really hard on this server. Tested it all out and it worked fine. I had it hosted and about 3 hours later suddenly PVP stopped working. I've looked in to main Minecraft settings and all that checks out. Plus most of my plugins settings I have checked over but no dice. After 4 hours on google, I've come to you.
