Thing is, how many of those people who subscribe are actually watching, engaging with and sharing their content? Not many. Many people use "number of subscribers" as bragging rights too often. I have 25 subscribers on my youtube channel but do I ask for people to subscribe? No. I produce content hoping to earn a subscriber or two. And hopefully that subscriber or two will watch, engage with and share my content

first i dont beg for subscribers i always said if you found my content intersting secend 1 month ago i had 25 subscribers as well but why i have found a way to share my content and its reasonable
third i usually dont answer such a things but are you sure you providing content in your channel ??? i dont call that videos content
and last thing youtube algorythim not gonna recognize you untill you have a base audience and this is exactly what im doing i make videos as good as i possibly can and i spend 10 hours to edit all of them at least also if you really care each video i have 80 views from my subscribers and all of them are the people coming from pmc so if you think im doing something wrong i dont care cause content i make is easily 100 level ahead of videos you make

As crap as they are, they're still putting out videos for entertainment, which is the exact same thing as what you're doing.
If you don't call videos for entertainment content, then you can't really call your videos content
