I have a map built on my Xbox that I am going to export to the Xbox version of Bedrock. I then will export it to the Windows 10 version of Bedrock using a Realm, so I would have a copy of the file on the computer. My question is whether or not a map from Windows 10 Bedrock would be compatible with Pocket Edition. Is every Bedrock map compatible with every Bedrock platform because it is the same version of the game?

Bedrock refers to all versions of the game that can use the Better Together update to play together. However, There are some key core differences between POCKET edition and the other versions that MIGHT cause a few small issues when you are migrating. I think you should be fine in general though.
I think you can play bedrock with console mcpe win 10 through Better together update and it's cross-compatible
