2 questions/ about how much will it cost/ any unique plugins

I will begin by saying thank you for taking your time to help my problem. And I would like to point out when making a comment please point out which question(s) you are answering specifically.
Question 1:
As many servers aim, I try to make my server games original. But, most of the plugins out there are common such as factions, RPG, spleef, hunger games, etc. Or, there are plugins that would make you look like someone copying a popular server. I would like to know if anyone knows interesting, flexible, unique, plugins
Question 2:
Making a site is an important part of your server, and most of the times it is the first thing players see. But, most players avoid hideous sites. I am asking if there are any low price (meaning 5-10 a month) or free programs or people that create sites like: warcraft.gg , or hypixel.net (without the large prices)
And please don't tell me about enjin.

These are my personal opinions/responses:
#1 - If you want custom plugins for minigames I could only suggest finding someone who codes plugins and asking them to turn one of your ideas into a minigame (or whatever it is you need). Sadly these people usually only code plugins for money. I don't blame theme though. If you had a talent and didn't want to waste it but still get something in return, having people pay for you to code is probably a really good solution. There are SOME great plugins you can use but are premium plugins (meaning you must pay for them)
#2 - Enjin (yes ik you don't want to hear about it) is a very common website and is used so much because it's free, and easy to use! There are many other website creators like weebly. But then again using a website generator is very commonly limited to specific abilities if you're using it for free. You could possibly find someone who codes website pages. Like I said though, nearly anyone who can code will charge you for it. The only people who code for free are the ones who code for themselves XD.
Overall, you can't expect to get high quality/unique things such as plugins and websites for free. Things like that will almost always cost you some money. Hope this helped!
