Questions about MultiVerse

Hi, so I'm setting up my MC server, ( I have one vanilla server, and started to make a factions server, but instead I'm making a MV server and adding the both to it)
Question is: Can I disable certain plugins for certain areas? Example: the "vanilla' one being just plain vanilla survival, one being factions, etc etc
