First of all, I didn't know where to place this "Thread" since their is so manny sub topics and it just made me go nuts and confused so i picked this one. If its incorrect you may (if you can) switch it to the correct location.

What its about:
I have a minecraft server for pc users.
1. I would like to know how to turn off PVP in the normal world and ONLY enable it in The Nether.
in "server.properties" it says "pvp=false" but it's still on everywhere i go. Not just for admins but also for guests.
(Dont tell me this isn't possible, Because i had it before)
2. I would like to enable the nether. However the wierd thing is in "server.properties" it says "allow-nether=true" But admins, guests can make nether portals but they cannot enter the world for some reason.
3. For the rain/thunder/snow part i think i just have to go to: "Essentials" and change this all into true,

thunder: false
lightning: false
However i did this and it doesn't work and people say it started to rain and thunder even more than ever xD
4. Unscramble plugin works great. However whenever someone guesses the anser correctly he doesn't receive the items because in their screen it says "no permission". For some reason i cannot find the permissions needed to be added in groupmanager for guests. Also only "op" can acces this command and i'd like to have all my admins that have creative to be able to do this for fun .
Have you guys got any idea on the pvp and nether part? That be great!

As for Question one try this

For Number 2 Make sure that there isn't another plugin blocking the nether and Make sure that the world_nether folder is there.
For Number 3: Make sure that Ess, is running with no errors in the console log.
For Number 4: You simply do have to find the permission node.
Try this: unscramble.claim
If that doesn't work then PM me and I'll help you some more.

1. More plugins = more lag on the server, Also i google the plugin and its out of date. Also i found another way and that is: use in a world : /region flag __global__ pvp deny/allow (Works great) <This one is solved>
2. The folder world_nether is there, I have checked all the other plugins and for some reason i cannot find anything thats blocking it since it was working before with the same plugins. Maybe you could assit me with teamvieuwer/share my screen and look with me if i'm correct or not.
3. Same as 2.
4. I'll give it a shot and see if it works, thanks. If not ill pm you. -> EDIT: No the unscramble.claim does not work. people still don't have any permission to receive any items after winning or guessing the word.
