Chest that is open-able by players but the contents are static i.e. you can look but not touch. GO:
FYI: Tried Grief Prevention options and WorldGuard flags with no luck.
Also thought of making the chest a "shop" with items not priced but most shops require an ugly sign to be present to program it...
