Not Sure if This is in the Right Category or not but here goes.
I am the owner of a small server that uses PEX and some other plugins to manage and gain ranks. I have the Permissions completely figured out and everything but My only problem is what permissions should I give for what ranks and what should I Call the ranks and so on. If Anyone can help me create ranks it would be greatly appreciated.
One Last thing is maybe more than 5 ranks and if you would like me to post my current rank setup I will be more than happy to.

Anyone got any ideas, ways to rank up? Anyone?
I don't need help setting up I just need help with the rank name ideas and what to give certain ranks.
1) If i were you i woul;d use essentials groupmanager if you change your mind i msg me and i will give you a groups list
