Military ranks are the way to go I think. Not many Military servers out there today.
Could it be military ranks then? I see you have Recruit already.
Recruit,Private,Private First Class,Specialist,Corporal,Sergeant,Staff Sergeant Sergeant First Class,Master Sergeant,First Sergeant,Sergeant Major,Command Sergeant Major,Sergeant Major of the Army
Or medieval.
Serf,Peasant,Yeoman,Squire,Reeve,Knight or Dame for a women, Baronet or Baronetess for a women and much more. Let me know if you need more ranks from medieval times XD
