I can't seem to find any rank up plugins that work. What I'm trying to do on my faction server is to have ranks, and say like pay $4000 to advance in rank and such. My server is 1.7.5 and can't find any plugins.

Most plugins are made for newer versions, as Rawwk said.
You should really update to at least 1.7.10 if you want to get most of the plugins and if you can't find a plugin that those that, check out Skript, you can write "plugins" with it with just using that one plugin.
