if you want a 24/7 server you need a VPS or dedicated which cost money
i made a server by myself no youtube or anything just ask people or look at youtube! not hard!
If someone makes you a server, it will be theirs, not yours. >.>
No one at all will do this No one ever does
No one is going to do this, unless you give them a hell of a good reason why they should give you owner and not let themselves have owner and you mod or whatever.
