ReadTimedOut error, PLEASE HELP!

I am experiencing a very weird error on my server. The thing about this error is that no error comes up in the console, only the whole server disconnects. With about 10 players my server runs stable, and it still does with 20-30, but when the player count is between 20-30 the server always seems to disconnect everyone. This normally happens however, there isn't a set time to how long till it happens, whenever my server gets busy I just pray that I don't get this error as it almost always happens above 15 players. I currently host my server on a 3GB SSD host from Max's MC servers, the service is excellent however, it is unknown to them what is causing this problem. The only error that is shown, is shown in the minecraft client; this is shown to everyone as the whole server disconnects when it happens. Here is the error:
'internal exception java.net.sockettimeoutexception read timed out'
Please help, I am unaware as to why this is happening and to be honest, it is very annoying having my whole server disconnect.
