Redstone problems

I'm a new map maker., yesterday when I was making a circuit I got into a small problem. The link below will explain further.

Note: I MUST have four redstone inputs, but only 1 redstone output, and all four inputs MUST be on before the output is on. You are free to modify the circuit to help me out but these rules must be kept.
