Referrals to good Tekkit servers?

Hey I've been trying to find a tekkit server with these qualities: factions, grief allowed, steal allowed, no chest protection or anything like tht, PvP, and possibly EE. If anyone could give me an ip I would be more then gratefull. thanks!
