I just recently got GroupManager and everything was working fine, permissions, prefixes and factions all going smoothly. I was on my server and my Admins were telling me to add certain commands that I hadn't added yet. So, I went to the config files and gave everybody more commands and I didn't want to restart the server because there was a lot of people on, so I went back and typed /reload and people went from having permissions and prefixes etc. to having nothing. No permissions no prefixes nothing. I even noticed did not have any perms so I opped myself again to make sure I was op and I still didn't have any permissions not even /spawn. So this is really and If anyone knows how to fix this that would be great. Also I tried re-downloading groupmanager and that didn't work, everything saved from when I deleted it and it didn't work at all.

Group manager seems to cause more problems on these forums then any other plugin.

If you can't figure out what's wrong with your groups.yml through that parser post it in pastebin and post the link here and someone will look over it.

@Carbonwyre Don't hate some people just prefer GroupManager to other permissions plugins. His issue is not with GroupManager it's most likely just an error in spacing.

@TekhnoBro First, when you make changes on a server (especially if its dedicated) I would highly recommend against using /reload. /reload usually does more harm then good. Second, people no longer have access to commands, or have prefixes because when you went about adding in those commands you most likely made an error in spacing. yml files can be a bitch even the smallest error in spacing sends the whole thing crashing down. I recommend you check out this site: http://yaml-online-parser.appspot.com/ and copy and paste your permissions file there. It will read it for errors and tell you where there's a mistake so you can easily fix it.
