Remote Server Console Management?

Hello!
I run a server successfully. The issue is my internet speed can't handle the growing amount of people before it bogs down.
The solution is to simply run the server at a relative's house with a MUCH stronger internet speed.
What program(s) could i use to be able to access a computer at my relative's house? I need to be able to do everything concerning the server remotely, as i could if it was running on my own PC.
