Looking to see what plugin / config/perm would remove items from a players inventory when they enter spawn such as rm or dm tools, i know this is an option out there and i know a server that has it, looked at there plugins list and nothing out of the ordinary in the list.. anyone happen to know how to set this up? i had asked on there server but got no reply..
also a way to disable the "c" on the philosoph stone?

I don't think there is a way to remove items from players in a specific area, but you can remove them overall with modifyworld. If you need more help with modifyworld just pm me.
Same with philosophers stone, make it so they can't hold it (you can do this with modyworld as well) so they can just craft with it.
