I want my chat to appear as this:
FactionName <[Prefix] Name> Message
currently it says this in the essentials config file for chat:
format: '{FACTION] <{DISPLAYNAME}> {MESSAGE}'
#format: '&7[{GROUP}]&r {DISPLAYNAME}&7:&r {MESSAGE}'
group-formats:
#Default: '{WORLDNAME} {DISPLAYNAME}&7:&r {MESSAGE}'
#Admins: '{WORLDNAME} &c[{GROUP}]&r {DISPLAYNAME}&7:&c {MESSAGE}'
Originally it would appear as < A/F (depending on allied faction or not) Faction name (Prefix) Name > Message.
Then i changed this setting :
# When essentialschat.jar isnt used, force essentials to add the prefix and suffix from permission plugins to displayname
# This setting is ignored if essentialschat.jar is used, and defaults to 'true'
# The value of change-displayname (above) has to be true.
# Do not edit this setting unless you know what you are doing!
add-prefix-suffix: true

I read somewhere to change this and it would fix it, and it did but now, for myself and the other owner and all members it appears like this:
<FactionName(prefix) name> message
(note i want a space inbetween faction name and prefix^)
the only way to fix this is put a space before my name in mcmyadmin and this is not the right way to do it i know.
this is extremely frustrating and help would be appreciated as im sure there are some plugin wizards out there willing to lend a hand
EDIT: ive managed to get the space buy changing the value of ChatTagPadAfter but there is still the problem with the < being on the outside not inside!
