Proper English Does Not Capitalize Every Single Word

Thanks I have school so when I get back at 3:30PM (Pacific Standard Time) the server will be on BTW how do you get the like prefixes and groups to work?
With all the permissions and Mcmmo Essentials etc I really have a hard time putting that together. My only problem is this I have a computer to run this its just im not good at the permissions and plugins thanks see you later!

most of these guys are like 8 and like I'll help . but unless they host there own server, that wouldn't know shit, I certainly know everything, I even know unless your trying to add different chats to the server herochat is not needed for showing prefixes etc, and you can check out my server at 216.59.3.41:25578 or pnscraft.enjin.com
