Resource Pack help?
Hey guys!
I need a little help with my Resource Pack, basically what happens when a new player joins my server or when the RP is updated it takes a while for the pack to load and goes in minus. I'd say the pack takes roughly 3-5 minutes to load, and compared to other packs it's not that big.
I've tried compressing it but this only fixes the issue for the players that have already downloaded the pack. It won't prompt for the new players. Could anyone help with advice or look at it?

What? There's no issue with the RAM... It's the pack? xD
What are you using for the resource pack? Are you forcing it server side or by a plugin?
Using dropbox and copy & pasting the code onto multi craft and saving. No plugins involved.
