My resource pack wont load!

Here is what is in it.
Achievement,
armor,
art
ect ect.
It didn't come with pack metadata and Idk if I need that.
The thing is that it doesn't have an assets folder. Please help!

If the texture pack is 1.1, you could crop out the certain graphics from it and add it to a new resource pack. Our skilled art and graphics team at GRH Gaming Servers can do this for you if you want! Just contact us at mail@grhservers.com and speak to a friendly member of our team!
You cannot use a resource pack without an assets folder. The correct folder structure is "[MC-Directory]\resourcepacks\[YourPack]\assets\minecraft\[The textures in sub folders]". I also don't know if it necessarily needs the pack.mcmeta file but I think that could be a problem too.
The texture pack you want to use seems to be for a very old version of Minecraft (I think 1.1).
I can only recommend that you try finding a newer version of the texture pack and/or play an older version of Minecraft.
