Hello Guys.
I was just wondering is there a plugin that could I use to restart my server from in-game becuz I use the Console to restart my server and I just wanted to do it in-game.

Actually I run a server and ALL the plugins I have ever tried work, and I have over 40 plugins

That doesn't mean you tried every single plugin out there does it?
You know that Spigot is literally built on top of the bukkit framework. ALL plugins are supported. Sometimes features do interfere, but they are eventually fixed like shown here:

Try using Spigot. It replaces Bukkit, and is more efficient and it can run all Bukkit plugins. Also there is a /restart command.
