So I recently created a modpack via multimc and had started playing around with it, but while playing my blocks sometimes break then respawn like I am on a server but I am on single player, and there are major lag spikes from over 100fps to 3fps.I have 8gb dedicated to multimc and a dedicated nvidia gtx 860
