[SERVER] Right Direction

Well hello there PMC, Dragonlore again!
As the caption for this specified forum states, I am looking for a Point in the right direction. I have recently started a 40 person server and I have done many things to is and over and over again, I restart the server not sure of what I am going for.

The intention:
- A pod cast server build on community and fun.
- Multiple Maps NOT built on Mini Games Alone.
- Many Game types for all to enjoy:
- Resource maps
- Homes and Shops
- Reason to Adventure
- Full Customization

My Knowledge:
- I use GMan for its Versatility
- I am open to all Directions
- I will be allowing any and All who wish to join.
- I will be using Plots for Homes and Shops

I have been worlds around trying to find a good direction and can't seem to figure out what I want to do. So many ideas and no line to follow so how about you? What do you all prefer? What would you like to see in a fully customizable Survival world built for Broadcasting on the open world.

Though who are the most help will have a place to call home as well as a realm within said home to call their own. All info is will received.
