RPG server Question

Hi there guys,

Just was wondering. I am thinking of starting up an mmorpg server with a few mates, but I have a question to ask.

I am planning on using the plugin "Heroes" to create the classes and stuff. But I was wondering if their was a feature with Heroes or a plugin I can use to create weapons and a weapon lvl system?

For example I want lvl 3 weapons to only be used by people with a "Hero" level greater then 3, and I also want to add custom names/lores/item damage/effects
