Run Command For Item In Slot

Hey guys!

I want to make a chestplate .
Leather, no armor points, unbreakable, green coloured, named "Safety Plate", lore: "Protects you from the slime virus"

I want to make it so when you wear said chestplate, this command runs for you in an infinite loop:
/tag @s remove Virus
