Yup. This is pirated minecraft... Can it be the problem or not?
Hey is that pirated Minecraft? I see team extreme in the corner of your screenshot, not to mention uTorrent icon being slightly hidden underneath the Aero title bar of Minecraft launcher. TeamViewer tab on right side of screen, is this a torrent box?
Thank you ! Didn't help but atleast we know what to do. THANKS MAN!

Ah ok, try this one, its direct from AMD:

If it still does it, you have to manually download it from the AMD downloads section, search up: ATI Radeon 2100 drivers in google.
The video card drivers are way out of date, you can download new ones here: http://www2.ati.com/drivers/13-12_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe
Sorry for double-post, but I made it because will give a little attention to the others. Here's the pic http://imgur.com/iL33jZb

"Is Modded: Probably not. Jar signature remains and client brand is untouched."

Well I'm not pro but I think it's a GPU problem. Tell him to update his GPU drivers. Just search for the name of his GPU.
