Saving and Loading Written Books?

I wrote a lot of books on one server.. That server is shutting down soon.. I found a new server that's amazing and i want to move my written books there.
Does anyone know how to move/copy/paste books from one server to another?
Maybe there is a mod with functions such as saving & loading books?
