/Scoreboard not working on Bukkit
I operate a bukkit server, hosted by beast node, and cannot access the command "Scoreboard". I also cannot get "effect" to work on command blocks either. "Testfor" is functional, though. I am wondering if there is a plugin that blocks the usage of these commands, like essentials, or if it is a feature not yet implemented by Beastnode's developmental build we have the server on.

What I understood, they haven't added it, since there a lot of other things to add as well.
By using developer builds, that means that you can expect a lot of bugs, and unfinished features. Because of that it's not recommended to run a server on it, if you don't have some knowledge about Bukkit (But many does anyway). Bukkit 1.5 isn't even in beta...

One more bump. Then that means I'm the only person on PMC who seems to have this problem. Either that, or my topics aren't being put on the top of the list.
