Screen goes black when toggling fullscreen

hi,
something which happens sometimes when im playing minecraft is when i am toggling fullscreen, the screen turns black when switching between the two, and sometimes it can freeze when it isnt black. this is really annoying so i'd appreciate if anyone might know how to fix this. thanks in advance

edit: i also found that my screen does the exact same when im taking a clip with xbox game bar

(im on windows 11 a gigabyte g5 gaming laptop)
