That's a bit expensive...
Not really, web developers can get payed over $50/hour some of the time. For some people, it is, but for other people it's worth it.
Professional web developers...
I'm charging less than half of that, am I not?

If you pay me around $20/hour I think I can do this (That is pretty cheap compared to most professionals out there). You have to explain what you want first.
I will be willing to set-up a website for you, but I will NOT maintain it.
