Seeking Experienced Minecrafters for Factions/mcMMO server.

Okay, so i play on a semi-popular Minecraft 1.5 bukkit server with mcMMO and Factions right? I have the best items in the server, and i'm number 1 for mcMMO. Thing is, i have no faction members. Ive done everything myself, but i'm still better than everyone else. I fear that even though i'm much more powerful than any given player, i may not be better than an entire faction of players by myself. I typically never trust players in any given server due to the fact they're mainly immature children, or they only join my faction fro the mere purpose of raiding me / getting my coords. So although this is an unorthodox method of recruiting faction members on this server, its about the only thing i know to do. I'm looking for players that are some what as experience in Minecraft as me, and also as experience in mcMMO. Being experienced in mcMMO is the key to being the PvP faction on a server. You have to make sure your combat skills are very high. I have lots of strategies for every skill, i have loads of enchanted items to help you out, etc etc. I just really want to find a good group of players i can play with on this server, that i can trust enough to be in my faction and help wipe out any other factions. The server i play on is a really nice server with lots of good plugins, so need to worry there. It gets about 20 new players a day, so there is always new people to play / fight lol.
But there is also another entire faction that came from another server that is some what experienced. Not as much so as me, but then again there are about 6 of them. So if you're seeking a faction that doesn't involve immature kids, with people that actually know what they're doing in Minecraft, then feel free to comment or something.
