Hello... I see that you have probably came to this post as wondering what I need help with. I have just been banned off of minecraft fully. No multiplayer ever again... now it was not by mojang... it was by a hacker by the name of on this forums site and on minecraft. I joined his server thinking he needed some help and he said "bye". This is when I got the message saying Sorry but you have been banned from multiplayer by Mojang... At this point I went straight to mojang support but they thought I was talking about one server in general when in reality it was all servers. If you have had this happen to you before please tell me by replying below, and btw I cannot buy a new account...

Have you given out your password to him? If not did you download anything from him that he could have gotten your password from. If so he most likely joined many servers you like to play to get you banned using your account. I know this seems impossible but its possible. I would reccomend scanning your computer for any viruses in any case. Good luck and i hope your problem gets fixed

No.... its everything, whenever I click multiplayer on the home screen my game crashes. I cant even try to join a server.
If your game is crashing when you press the multiplayer button on the main menu, you can probably fix it by re installing Minecraft.
1. Hold the windows key and then press r, and type in %appdata%
2. Enter the .minecraft folder
3. Copy any worlds, resource packs, screenshots or servers that you want to keep to another folder somewhere else (those would be located in the folder saves, resourcepacks, screenshots, and your server list is called servers.dat)
4. Delete everything in the .minecraft folder.
4.5. If you copied any worlds etc from before deleting the folder, put them back in the .minecraft folder
5. Open your Minecraft launcher
6. Sign in
7. Play!

you have been trolled hardcore trolled, try joining another server. and if it does not let you in give us the message.
If anyone with a banhammer could ban you from all servers, the community would be dead and I wouldn't be here. :p
Have you actually tried joining other servers...? Because as far as I know hackers can't it up that much unless you are actually downloading some kind of file from them, for example when you have server textures enabled or something, or are not careful enough to click a suspicious link...
You are being trolled. Mojang does not ban accounts from multiplayer.
You are just banned from that one server. Any other server will work.
