The maze runner server?
hi my computer cant run a server so can you make a server on superflat and privite message me if you made a sever for me and il tell you the ip i want and also make me an op please thank you sooo much i am using this to make a replica of the glade with the maze from the maze runner and try to make it so that some are runners some are other jobs i think that would be pritty cool so yeah please make a server for me

To be blunt, I really recommend doing this as a build first, and then looking for hosting if you still really want to pursue this idea further. Nobody is going to host you a server for free, nor pay for a domain and every other relevant or otherwise cost.
Honestly, you should look into the finer points of running a server, and seeing what it takes to set these things up; helps give a better perspective on things in my humble opinion.
