Most admins are the owners friend. Your theory is flawed.
Thats completely USELESS to what the OP is wanting. She won't know the operator. Thus not automatically making her admin, but by earning it.
I've been admins opped and moderators on many servers and the way to go is Earning it bro.
Dont rain on peoples parades. If the person is a griefer they can easily be banned.
